Can Make Work Fair Again

The Trump administration has a historic opportunity to restore equal opportunity in America’s workplaces by ensuring hiring and employment practices are based on merit, not race or sex.

 
Trump can “Make Work Fair Again” through the OFCCP by eliminating unlawful DEI quotas and prioritizing skill-based selection, strengthening confidence in the "American Dream" and upholding civil rights protections for all Americans.

President Trump should use Executive Order EO 11246 and the powers of the OFCCP to: 

Put meritocracy over preferences and quotas.

Enforce fair employment treatment, allowing workers to be assessed by their relevant skills and qualifications, not by factors irrelevant to their work like gender, race or religion. 

Stop unlawful DE&I practices.

Prevent illegal quotas, diversity hires and preferential treatment for candidates and employees.

Protect ALL American workers from unfair treatment.

Ensure fair workplace protections apply for all Americans – not just those included in traditional “DEI” narratives. 

Restore our country’s strong workforce and American Dream.

Focus workplace practices on merit and qualifications which strengthen our workforce and make good on the American ideal that anyone with talent who puts in hard work can achieve the American Dream.
